What is a habit?
Habits are simply human traits that a person has learned and which are difficult to break consciously.
Of course, not all habits are bad or unwanted. Habits such as brushing your teeth or looking in the rear view mirror when you’re about to drive off, for example, are examples of useful and positive habits that serve us well.
Other habits like getting drunk every Friday night or stealing every time they go into a certain department store could be classed as an unwanted bad habit because it could be harmful.
